Stuart graduated from university with a degree in Sports Science and went on to gain a certification with the Titleist Performance Institute. He has over a decade of experience and has worked alongside some of the most respected names in the industry. A firm believer in the HIIT technique, he has successfully trained a wide variety of clients including musicians, actors, fashion designers, politicians, sportsmen and heads of industry. Not one to shy away from a challenge, Stuart (along with Sam) completed The Devizes to Westminster International Canoe Marathon in 28 hours.
Whilst Stuart specializes in fat loss and muscle maintenance, his interests also lie in pre- and post- natal training, helping clients to prepare their bodies for labour and then aiding them in their recovery.
Ben graduated from Keele University with a BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy and has since added several other qualifications to his skillset including Personal Training, Exercise Rehab and Injury Prevention. He has spent 15 years treating and training people from the general public to corporate executives, professional sportsmen and high-profile actors and musicians.
As a keen football fan, Ben thoroughly enjoyed working with the African Confederations Cup champions some of whom went onto represent their country in the World Cup. He has worked with GBR athletes and conditioned many clients through tough endurance challenges. Ben’s specialist interest is with injury prevention and functional training for office based workers looking to improve their fitness.
PERSONAL FITNESS SPECIALIST
Tom gained a BSc in Sports & Exercise Science at Sheffield Hallam and then went on to further his education obtaining an MSc in Sports Science for Optimal Performance, Level 3 REPS Personal Training and Level 4 Strength and Conditioning.
Tom’s coaching system will provide you with an in-depth understanding and practical approach to the physiological, nutritional and metabolic demands of exercise and training, and their implications for participation in sport and for the maintenance of good health.
He is trusted by supermodels, fashion directors, best-selling music artists, investment managers, CEOs and athletes, achieving fantastic results.
Tom will evaluate your history and objectives to create your personal roadmap with specific targets. His aim is to get you performing at your peak, while living your life.

EMILY GRACE BLACK
Emily is a yoga teacher, professional dancer, an enthusiast, explorer and lover of life itself. She fell in love with yoga the first time she attended a class and for the last 6 years Emily has been dedicating her life to being a student of yoga and now a teacher.
Since completing her Vinyasa Flow 200hr RYT teacher training at Fringe.Yoga in Essex certified by Yoga Alliance, Emily has enjoyed teaching a variety of yoga and meditation classes and workshops in London and Essex.
Emily is a conscious yogi who is passionate about people, empowering and inspiring them, giving as much knowledge and heart as she can to help others along their own journeys through Yoga and Mindful Meditation.
Through her experiences while practising yoga, immersing herself in the mind, body and soul connection, Emily been taught the huge importance of reconnecting to create space in her head and heart to find her true self. This is what she wants to pass on to her students. In finding this space and stillness one can begin to find a powerful connection to oneself, often helping to take back control over health and wellness. Emily teaches her students that by focusing on self-care, love and compassion they can live a healthy, happy balanced life.

Sam has been a personal trainer for over 12 years and has worked in a variety of fields. His qualifications include Rugby Strength and Conditioning coaching, personal training and more recently endurance coaching. Sam completed his first triathlon in 2009, and first Ironman in 2010 and has since completed another 20+ triathlons and 10+ Ironman challenges, he has also represented Great Britain at the World Championships.
Adding to the list of challenges, Sam has completed The Bridge to Bridge swim – a 15km open water swim and along with Stuart B, completed The Devizes to Westminster International Canoe Marathon, taking 28hrs NON-STOP.
His knowledge, experience and years of personal training have led him to focus on coaching other people to complete the goals they once thought were impossible.
PERSONAL FITNESS SPECIALIST
Robbie grew up in St. Andrews and attended Merchiston Castle School, Edinburgh, where he naturally developed a passion for sports and fitness. Playing Rugby for the County and competing in National Level Athletics, he flourished as a successful all-round Sportsman.
Robbie spent three years studying Sports Studies (BSc Hons) at Oxford Brookes University, where he received an Upper Second Class degree. His holistic understanding of human physiology, nutrition and exercise, enables him to provide each individual with an in-depth training programme to produce fast effective results.
Since returning from playing professional rugby in Italy, Robbie has established himself in the fitness industry training high net worth individuals creating fun, fast paced and bespoke workouts, designed to make you feel energised. His special interests are fat loss and muscle tone.
Before studying as a nutritionalist, Matt gained a degree in Political Philosophy and a qualification in personal training. He went onto specialize in elite sports, female hormonal health and body composition management, working with doctors and dieticians in developing an evidence based protocol approach to many common disorders.
During his career, he has worked with a number of Premiership football clubs and London based rugby teams as well as the England Rugby team helping them all achieve better team results.
He has many clients outside of the sporting world, helping him maintain the breadth of knowledge in health-related conditions. Alongside his work with clients, Matt is developing a range of sports supplements and currently runs his own elite performance based company. This is aimed at elite athletes and corporations and includes all levels of health-related performance.
REHAB AND PERFORMANCE SPECIALIST
Stuart has a BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science and an MSc. in Exercise Science. He has since spent over 15 years working with clients, specialising in back pain and spinal rehabilitation. He has studied with world-renowned experts on key orthopaedic structures and worked with Consultant Neurosurgeons at the London Spine Clinic enabling him to successfully treat many spinal disorders with a particular interest in spondylolisthesis and SIJ dysfunction.
His unique expertise is sought by surgeons and individuals wanting successful rehabilitation after spinal surgery, including microdiscectomy and lumbar fusions. His love for golf lead him to study Golf Biomechanics and Performance Conditioning both at the Titleist Performance Institute and the CHEK Institute leading him to work with many European Tour Professionals and amateur golfers.
