SB Wellness are delighted to add Yoga to their already busy schedule.
Yoga and meditation have been proven to help improve health, boosting productivity and energy levels, lowering stress levels, improving mindset and morale, improving physical strains and pains, posture and general wellbeing.
SB Wellness are thrilled to welcome Emily Grace Black to the team to teach these classes. With a strong understanding of the body in motion her approach is creative, flowing and intuitive using the elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air and the chakra system. Emily specialises in Vinyasa Flow Yoga which is an active flowing form of Yoga, helping to improve strength, flexibility, mobility and balance.

Private one to one sessions
Private one to one sessions work well around busy lifestyles. Whether you are a beginner looking to start a personalised practice and find group sessions intimidating, or an intermediate yogi who wants to take the practice a step further with a deeper focus. Each session is personally tailored to suit your individual needs taking into consideration your body type, health and goals. Sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home, at The May Fair Hotel or even a local park.
Corporate Yoga and Wellbeing is the extended concept of working peacefully in the midst of a hectic corporate environment. Classes can be customised to suit the needs of your company and employees and take place in your work space.
